My general rank is 3556 in the UPSEE. Can I get into IET Lucknow CS, ECE, or any?

All of the colleges in UPTU are alike and after B.Tech, you will get a tag of being graduated from AKTU. 

A few years ago, colleges like IET were famous but nowadays all the things majorly depend upon the GATE rank. Students are taking coaching and preparing for it thoroughly. You should take a seat in a top private institute so that after 4 years of your admission, you can get a decent job which is a bit difficult if you are in the government colleges. 

With so many private colleges around that are offering very attractive offers, Government institutes are lacking and somewhere despite their high ranking are not much preferred by the students nowadays.

Everything is majorly dependent upon your GATE performance. Work hard for the same and always give your best shot to get admission to prestigious colleges.
