How is life at Fergusson College Pune staying at the college hostel for a girl graduation?

Fergusson is a fantastic place for higher education purposes, but the college hostel is not at all good. There are many reasons behind this.

• This is because FC is operated by an RSS-affiliated organization. 
• When it comes to the girls’ hostels, they attempt to be as traditional as possible in the name of security. 
• The deadline to enter the hostel premises is 8 PM. It is completely forbidden to use a cell phone. 
• The students usually have no choice but to eat at the hostel mess. 
• You are not permitted to bring any of your friends who are day scholars into your hostel rooms. 
• The hostels, particularly the boys' hostels, are too strict. 

When it comes to the regulations, the concerned people simply don’t care. You must follow the regulations, failing which you will be given the notice to leave the hostel. 

My advice is to not opt for hostels if at all feasible. There are numerous hotels in the vicinity of FC. They may be a little more expensive than the college dormitories, but you do get a life there.
