What should I take, IIT Bhubaneswar, IIT Mandi or NIT Warangal civil branch?

IIT Bhubaneswar ranks 17th in the Engineering category by NIRF 2019. Civil Engineering Department is one of the core engineering departments at IIT Bhubaneswar, having a tuition fee of 2,13,568 per annum. A JEE ranking of 6000 to 13000 is required for entering in a civil engineering course in IIT Bhubaneswar. Thus, it probably depends on the JEE ranking, your location, preference of the campus, etc. Ultimately it depends on you which college will be preferable for your study.
