How are the placements at ABV-IIITM Gwalior in the CSE branch? Will it be good to join?

CSE has been introduced to IIITM Gwalior in 2017, and the first batch of CSE will pass out in 2021. Which makes it evident that there is no CSE pass-out batch to date. The placement scenario of CSE is expected to be as good as IT, if not better.

• The IT branch has a great placement record. The average CTC for MTech IT at the institute is 11 LPA. In 2019 the highest CTC offered for the branch was 40 LPA.
• For the 2018 pass out the average CTC offered for the branch was 9.5 LPA.
• The placement is expected to be good for CSE since the batch strength is small. The batch strength also offers good inter batch interaction and peer learning. 
• The institute is reputed among students with good infrastructure and a lush green campus.
• All the faculty members at the institute have PhDs.

To conclude, the CSE branch shares the same facilities and infrastructure as the 5-year IPG course in IT, which would lead to an equal grade placement as expected.
