There is a lot of work that any IIM/IIT must put in these days to ensure that the flag of their respective colleges flies high, and IIM Indore is no exception.

During the IIM Indore MBA summer placements 2024, the highest and average stipends were INR 6 lakh and INR 2.74 lakh for two months, respectively. During the IIM Indore MBA summer placements in 2024, more than 140 companies made offers. Leading companies such as Bain & Company, BCG, and KPMG were among the top recruiters for IIM Indore summer placements for the 2024 batch.

Previously, the highest and average package offered to the EPGP department during IIM Indore placements in 2022 was INR 70 LPA and INR 25.90 LPA, respectively.

The placements at IIM Indore are good with a 100 percent placement rate for the largest outgoing batch of 578 students. IIM Indore has a lot of fresher’s due to the IPM programme which makes placements a tad bit difficult.

The placement season in IIM goes for a whole month. According to the placement highlights of 2020, more than 160 recruiters visited the campus for the placement drive which included 45 new recruiters.

The most sought after domains in IIM Indore are finance and consulting. Many top firms hire students from IIM Indore across various domains. Some of the few firms that hire from the many are BCG, Deloitte, PWC, Axis Bank, EY, American Express, Amazon, Unilever, Asian paints, IBM, Mckinsey & Company, and many more. Also, It is to be noted that a huge number of students get placed in start-ups and mid-size companies. The average and highest salary of IIM Indore are respectively 20.79 LPA and 40.5 LPA.
