BIT Mesra is altogether a good college. Here are some of the things that make the institute unique.

The scenery is fantastic. No pollution. Absolutely green campus and the air is very fresh. The buzz for gaming.
The fests namely- pantheon (tech fest), bitotsav (cultural fest), and vajra (sports fest). The best thing is a bicycle ride around the campus with your friends and your earphone. All these make life more exciting and lively.
The BIT life is filled with fun. The friends you make decide the number of laughs and their intensity you'll share.
The games you can play. From table tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton to even the huge online game contests that take place often.
DC++ has almost all games, movies, and study materials.
The IC Arenas, the OC where memories are made.
The clubs which give those people a second chance, who wanted a different career choice but were unfortunately stuck, or those who just wanted to learn a skill and share it with everyone similar. Example: photographic Society, music club, dramatic society, etc.
The skills you will pick up here are huge. By the end of it, you will be capable of surviving no matter what the situation.
