You should first be well-versed with your idea of what you exactly want to pursue. If you decide to go ahead with HRM then go ahead for XIMB. XIMB is great for HRM. You will get plenty of opportunities in terms of academics and placement. As a fresher, you will get to learn everything that you need to develop business acumen.

On the other hand, Great Lakes is the institution that provides you an edge in terms of education, faculty, and many others. You can pursue a full-time course here with a healthy study environment along with placement opportunities. If you are not yet sure about which field of specialization, you want to get into then choosing Grate Lakes is better, as you will get to do a general MBA in the first year and can choose the specialization in the 2nd year.
