It depends on your expectation. As per the XIMB placement highlights the median CTC offered for MBA BM is around 15 LPA. PWC, Deloitte, GAIL, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. are some of the major recruiters to take part in the campus drive. In terms of academic rigor, student crowd, faculties, and alumni base, XIMB is a great B-School. It ranks in the same cluster as new IIMs, NMIMS, SCMHRD, SIBM Pune, etc.
I was in the same position as you last year. I too had the same options for my Master and I chose IIT Roorkee due to the following reasons:-
XIMB BM is a good option for freshers. Almost half of the batch comprises freshers so, you won’t be at any disadvantage. XIMB offers good placement opportunities for both experienced professionals and freshers. During XIMB placements 2022 the average CTC offered was INR 17.54 LPA. As a fresher, you can expect to receive a CTC nearing the institute average.
The interview process for XIMB BM is pretty standard. The direction and the overall interview experience will depend a lot on how you are answering the questions. There are usually three panelists.
The interview starts with an introduction. There will be questions regarding your family background, past academics, etc. There will be questions about your undergraduate subjects. You can also expect general questions such as ‘Why MBA?’ ‘Why XLRI?’ etc.
Try to give short and straightforward answers. Try to stay patient and confident throughout the whole interview.
Pursuing a degree in HR from NMIMS would be a better option if it comes to educational excellence, ranking, infrastructure, campus life, hostels, or placement.
If we draw a comparison between these two prestigious institutions then it would depend on various aspects. They are as follows:

If you are confident that you can convert Top 10 b schools like IIM ABCL, FMS, XLRI, SP JAIN next year then you can take the risk of dropping the year. But to stay on the safer side, going for XIMB is best.
I would say that you should definitely choose XIMB.
It's their primary program, and it will be much better than IMT G's DCP program. Just because of cost. The DCP program has fees that are over 22 lakhs and an average package of around 9 lakhs per annum. In contrast, the XIMB BM program has an average package of 13 lakhs per annum and fees of 15.40 lakhs for two years. Also, keep in mind that the DCP program is still new, so there won't be much support from the business.
I would have considered IMT G if it was a full-time program. If you can move up to IMT Ghaziabad and want to get an MBA with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurship courses, you should choose IMT Ghaziabad. But the DCP course fee isn't worth it for the same opportunity unless you want to work abroad, especially in Dubai.

With such good scores, no one would suggest you join XIMB though it is a pretty good college and reputed too. You should give a shot to old IIMs.
To get into old IIMs, you must score at least 99+ in the CAT exam, but if you have a score of 95+ also, you will land up in one of the new IIMs. Apart from the IIMs, there are other B-schools as well which are pretty demanding and rank high in MHRD ranking such as SP Jain Institute of Management, MDI Gurugram, etc. These institutes are also in the same league as old IIMs.
In a nutshell, you should continue with your job and give the CAT exam to score the 99+ percentile. You will be able to get a better college than XIMB. If you are capable of getting something better, why settle for anything normal. Just re-think upon it and have faith in yourself.
