I would never recommend you to go for any core branch at new IITs. With the new IIT tag, ISM Dhanbad is a far better option as it was established in 1926 and enjoys global recognition in contrast to IIT Hyderabad, which is still under development. Both the colleges are poles apart in terms of infrastructure, facilities, etc.
