Remarks :

Any stream students can apply for the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering department. Those who all get a good cut-off for engineering maths, physics, and chemistry can get into the cse department through the Centac counselling. Applications are available in both online and offline.

Course Curriculum Overview :

At the time of my career choosing time CSE is the most preferable course and has good scope for future computer-originated developers and engineers. In our college, there is enough staff and faculty for the students. The minimum quality of the teacher depended upon their experience and teaching skills.

Internships Opportunities :

The companies around Pondicherry like Lenovo and other startup companies provide internship. our college colloborated with the incubated research center which is based on the R&D named as Ignite Lab. The students can be intern without any fees. The ignite lab provide someamount of the stipend for the students

Placement Experience :

From the sixth semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. There is a special placement program from the second year. Companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys and other IT and non-IT companies are getting into the on-campus pooling. Students get better packages from that company.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In achariya college of engineering technology, there is separate faculty allocated in the process guidance for getting scholarship which they are not familiar through the national scholarship portal. The Managing Director Arawindhan provides some merit scholarships for the good marks scoring students.

Campus Life :

Annual programs are conducted like annual day, freshers day, talent day, sports day and cultural day, science day, and new project innovation day. Achariya is especially popular for sports and events. There is a separate library for each department. Our college give sports quota scholarship and sponsorships for the sportspersons. Weekly clubs like programmers club, literature club, and students club organize event and involved in the party to make introverted students into extroverts.

From 6th semester the students are eligible for the placements. Zoho,Wipro,tcs,kaar technologies etc. The highest package is provided by Zoho with 12lpa and the average package is up to 6lpa. Each year about 96 percent of students get placed in many companies. My plan is doing masters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are very good and they are treated in a friendly manner. I chose this course because interested in the electronic stream to learn more about electronic items. The faculty in our college was quite good 25:75 is the faculty: student ratio. The teaching method was good by using the projector they taught in very practical ways.
