Remarks :

The admission to the institute is purely based on your rank obtained in the JEE MAINS exam conducted by the NTA for admission to various NITs, IITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc. The cutoff of the course for the general candidate is around 98.8 percentile ie. upto 8600 ranks, whereas, for the EWS students, it is around 9500 ranks. I being a general candidate without any EWS benefits obtained this course at 8300 rank. The counseling is conducted by JOSAA after JEE ADVANCED, and the mode of the counseling process is online.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had an interest in core electronics for a long time, and was fascinated by circuits and wires, the glow of the LED, and everything. There is a full-fledged qualified faculty, most of them having their B Tech, M tech or Ph.D. done from IITs and various foreign institutes. So there is no doubt about the qualification of the faculty. The teaching mode is through PPTs online mode, however, most of the teachers follow the traditional method of teaching on Blackboard. The semester is 6 months and we have one mid-semester exam and one end-semester exam of 20 marks and 40 marks respectively. the rest of the marks out of 100 are given on vivas, quizzes, teacher's assessments, and attendance.

Internships Opportunities :

Students in their sixth semester are eligible to sit in internships. Most of the internships are bagged by software students with a little less opportunity in the core branches like ECE, ee civil, and mechanical.

Placement Experience :

6th-semester students get internship opportunities. The highest placement was 1 crore + to two students, and many of the students got offers > 50 lpa. 90-95% of the students get placed, and the rest either opt for higher studies or government jobs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The semester fee is around 1 lakh per semester and the mess fee is 25k per semester. Scholarships are provided by various organizations to financially weak students. There is also a merit-based scholarship given to toppers.

Campus Life :

Tech Fest - Avishkar, Cultural Fest - Culrav, Eloquence. All sorts of books are available in the library, also we have the facility of reading the books digitally through the online portal of the library. All sports activities are organized and we have seperate facilities for all sports such as basketball, football, lawn tennis, table tennis, hockey, kabaddi, kho kho, carrom, and chess. Also, we have a big ground by the name of Athletic Ground for various sports.

Hostel Facilities :

A bed, A table, An Almira, a fan, and lights are provided in the rooms, For the first year it is a triple sharing room, and for the subsequent years a double sharing and single sharing for the last year. The mess menu is decided by the students and changes every month, the food quality is decent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

IIT Kanpur : Overly underrated

Placement Experience:

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.

All About MMMUT Gorakhpur

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical things so I decided to opt for it. The faculty of the electrical engineering branch is well qualified there are lots of professors who graduated from IITs if we talk about the student ratio it is equal to a ratio of 1:84. Every two months minor exam is held and It is quite difficult to pass if you are not prepared from the start. After two minor exams, there is a final exam held called majors in which the full syllabus of the semester is asked.
