All students in Medicine are guaranteed a job however location depends on rankings and scored in aptitude tests.

Very tight knit medical school and good community feel. Early clinical exposure to ward placements.

You get a lot of opportunities. Big companies come to visit very often, giving talks and seminars. Aside from this we are also told about opportunities by our societies which is a great way to get internships.Lancaster is one of the top universities in terms of employability, 84% of students have a job after 15 months from finishing their degree according to the guardian.

Because of its high rank as a university and for my degree. I entered through clearing so it was one of my only options. I didn't know anyone from this university and I wasn't too fond of the location at the time either, however, since being here I am very happy.

Placement isn't a good thing. Not much help was provided from the uni in this aspect.

I accepted it majorly due to the scholarship. It played s huge role in my decision making

The university had a good course in computer science. It's also got a good/decent reputation as a university although that doesn't matter too much for me. The equipment/facilities at the university are also great and the open day really made me interested in going (for comparison a different open day for my previous first choice university was horrible)

Many of the teachers are active in the field as they teach which really helps me feel involved in the kind of work I want to peruse by making it all seem tangible. For almost every course a year placement or abroad is also an option which means that people can get involved with it as they want.

The university I chose was one of the best in the country for the course I wanted to do. And was a complete change of scenery to what I grew up with going from a city to a countryside on site uni. Is also a top 10 uni which looks good on cvs

Excellent graduate prospects. Career fairs available on campus, lots of links with companies as well. Support in the placement process to go and get a job and fairly good graduate salaries as well. Median of about £24k-25k with many cases of higher.

Prospects post University, as well as offer of being a campus University with a tight knit community that's easy to fit into.
