- The MSc in Automotive Engineering program at the Brunel University is a duration of 4 years.

- Automotive Engineering gives students interested in pursuing careers in automobile engineering an extra year of advanced study and training that will deepen their knowledge of the subject, expand their skill sets, and put them on a fast track to becoming chartered engineers.
- Students will study all aspects of automotive development and manufacture from vehicle design and performance to engine and transmission systems to materials, structures, and safety.
- Students will also get hands-on practice troubleshooting engineering problems that inevitably arise during the construction and testing processes.
- In the final year, along with studying specialist topics taught at master’s degree level, student will take part in a major group project to design, manufacture and test an automotive product, typically aimed at low-carbon use.
- Throughout their studies students will have use of our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, which comprise of motorsport workshop, and 24-hour access to industry standard specialist software for engineering design at dedicated computer clusters on campus, so students will have the opportunity and equipment to explore ideas and tackle problems.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an AAB (A-level) grade undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Students should also have a D*D*D and A-level Maths at grade A (BTEC).
- Students should score a minimum of 33 in International Baccalaureate (IB).
- A minimum of five GCSEs are required, including GCSE Mathematics grade C or grade 4 and GCSE English Language grade C or grade 4 or GCSE English Literature grade B or grade 5 is required.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should have completed a 3-4 year bachelor's degree from a mainstream university (state/federal or deemed institution) passed with the required grades.
- Students for research should hold a 3 to 4-year bachelor's degree and master's degree, both passed with required grades.
