- This program contents an introduction of concepts such as flexi-hours and remote working, and rights around parental leave, human resource management is taking center stage. This comprehensive course will give students a thorough grasp of current theory and practice, both nationally and internationally.
- The program will let students in managing teams of people while recognizing the needs of individuals in the workplace is a growing area of interest for corporations who want to ensure employee wellbeing and good productivity levels.
- A number of optional modules are also available on the program allowing students to specialize, including Global Diversity Management, International Business Ethics, and Corporate Governance.
- The course consists of both compulsory modules which provide a strong basis of knowledge in HR with an emphasis on managing employee relations, and optional modules which allow students to diversify somewhat in areas such as entrepreneurship and diversity in the workplace.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicant should have a 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification.
Indian Eligibility:
- Candidates should have a minimum score of 55%-65%. Offers within the grade range are determined by the higher education institution attended.
- GRE scores are not required.

- For all undergraduate, postgraduate, research, and most English Language courses, students should apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa, which covers the whole duration of the course. For this, proof of English Language ability is to be provided to get a Certificate of Acceptance for Study (CAS). Application for a visa can be made 3 months before the start of the course. A decision on visa status is made within 3 weeks.
Following documents need to be provided to apply for a visa:
- a current passport or other valid travel documentation
- proof that one can pay for their course and oneself (For courses that are nine months or over, proof of 11,385 GBP needs to be shown)
- proof of parental or other legal guardian consent if under 18
- proof of relationship with parent or guardian if you’re under 18
- tuberculosis test results if belonging to a country where the test has to be taken
- The Admissions Office will send the CAS details by email. After applying for a visa, the applicant will be called for an interview as a part of the process.
