Assam Agricultural University B.Sc. (Veterinary Science) Admission 2023

The university offers B.Sc. in Veterinary Science as well. The application form can be submitted online. An entrance exam (VET) is conducted by the university for this course.

The VET (Veterinary Entrance Test) is an be offline test, which is held at one of the assigned centers. VET is conducted at the university level and merit of this exam will determine admission into B.Sc. (Veterinary Science).

Applications can be submitted online and the application fee of INR 1100 must be paid on the payment gateway online itself. Subsequent to that, an admit card will be issued which will be required at the venue of the VET. Certificates of Permanent Residence of Assam or wards of defense/para-military personnel are compulsory to ensure eligibility.

Until 2018, there was no entrance examination for admission in B.Sc Agriculture at Assam Agricultural University. The selection was based on 12th marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. From 2018 onwards, the university started taking entrance tests. If you are from an outer state, you will have to appear in the entrance test conducted by ICAR.
