The examination process includes two sessionals and one final exam. Placement opportunities begin in the fourth year, with around 70% of students securing positions annually at renowned institutions like Apollo Health Care, Apeksha, and Fortis. Post-course internships, such as at AMRI Hospitals in Kolkata, last six months and are generally unpaid; however, most provide a monthly stipend between 4,500 to 6,000 INR. Numerous assignments and projects help students gain practical knowledge and skills. Scholarships are mainly available for reserved category students, while general category students can access educational loans. The class topper receives a significant reward. The annual course cost is about 140,000 INR, including tuition at 70,000 INR, admission fees at 40,000 INR, and a security deposit of 10,000 INR. A scholarship exam is open to all students, potentially covering 80% of fees for those who qualify. Additionally, medical field students benefit from insurance support.
