Ph.D. (Food Engineering and Technology) From Tezpur University, Tezpur

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time Ph.D Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

• M.Tech. / M.E. /Integrated M. Tech in Food Engineering and Technology/Food and Dairy related other programme/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical.
• Engineering/BioProcess/BioChemical/Biotechnology or M.Sc./ Integrated M.Sc. in Food Engineering and Technology/Food and Dairy related other programme/ Applied Microbiology/ Microbiology/BioChemistry/Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Bioscience and Informatics.
• B.E./B.Tech (in Food Engineering and Technology/Food and Dairy related other programme) with 75% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA with valid GATE Score).

Minimum two recommendation Letters from the Institute/University from where B.E./B.Tech degree was obtained

Note:

Candidates with UGC-(NET/JRF)/UGCCSIR(NET/JRF)/DBT-JRF/ICMR-JRF/ICAR-NET/ GATE/ SLET / M.Phil will be exempted from written test and admitted on the basis of the performance in the personal interview only.
