Application form for all the courses offered by Jamia Hamdard University can be filled by visiting the ‘Admission Portal’ available on the website. Follow the below-listed steps to apply online:

1. Visit the ‘Admission Portal’ on the official website of the university.
2. Fill the application form and upload the required documents.
3. Submit the duly filled form and save the same for future reference.
4. The registration fee must be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘Jamia Hamdard University’ payable at New Delhi.

Documents (self-attested) required at the time of Counselling

• Marks-sheet of qualifying examination (X, XII, Graduation whichever applicable)
• Admit Card and Scorecard
• Migration Certificate and Character Certificate
• Printout of online application form
• Six passport size colour photograph
• Demand Draft for Admission Fee

Candidate must have Passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from Central Board of Secondary Education or any other examination recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto securing at least 50% marks in the aggregate and also in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Jamia Hamdard offers MBBS, BPT, BOT & B.Sc (Medical) courses on a full-time basis in Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR). A valid score in NEET UG is the only criteria to secure admission in these courses. Non-NEET candidates can also apply for admission on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination and Interview. The university also offers admission to B.Sc Medical (Lateral Entry) on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination followed by an Interview.

Key Point: Out of total 100 seats available for MBBS course, 42, 43 and 15 seats are reserved for General, Muslims and Management Categories respectively. 3% seats are reserved for the candidates with Locomotor Disability.
