About Apeejay Stya University

Apeejay Stya University (ASU) was established in 2010 by the Apeejay Stya Education Society. It is situated in Gurgaon and is one of the most sought after educational institutions in the northern part of India. The University came into existence through Act Number ten of the Haryana Private Universities Amendment Act. ASU has introduced B.Tech in Bio Science in its School of Bioscience (SBS-ASU) from the year 2022. Admission to B.Tech in B.Sc students are required to write a written exam

Apeejay Stya University Courses

Undergraduate Courses

The university offers several UG courses in the fields of Engineering, Arts, Commerce, Designing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mass Communication, and Journalism. All the UG courses are offered for a period of four years except for the B.Ed program which is for two years.

Admission to the UG courses is done on the basis of an aptitude test & personal interview. However, candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria, in order to get admission to the university.

Postgraduate Courses

At the postgraduate level, Apeejay University offers several courses in the streams of Management, Arts, Science and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The university also provides Diploma and Executive Diploma courses at the PG level under multiple specializations. The M.Sc course is also provided under lateral entry by the university. All the PG courses are offered with a duration of two years except for the PG Diploma and Executive Diploma courses.

Admission to the Postgraduate courses is done on the basis of academic scores, performance in the entrance test followed by an interview.

MBA

Eligibility:

In order to seek admission to the MBA course, a candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% Marks in Aggregate from any of the Universities recognized by AIU/UGC or AICTE or possesses an Equivalent Qualification Recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
Admission to the MBA program is done through Group Discussion followed by a personal interview conducted by the University.
Candidates having a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT or a Similar Nationalized Entrance Exam will be given preference

Apeejay Stya University Admission

Online Mode

Visit the official website of the university and click on the tab “Apply Now Admission”.
Read the instructions and click to “Apply Now”.
Applicants need to fill up information in the fields marked as mandatory.
After filling up the complete details applicants are required to pay the application fee of INR 1100 via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
Save the application fee for future reference.

Offline Mode

The application form can be downloaded from the website under the tab “Offline Application Form”.
Submit the duly filled form along with necessary documents and a Demand Draft of INR 1100 drawn in favor of “Apeejay Stya Education Foundation”, payable at New Delhi.
The application form should be submitted at any one of Admission Office/ Apeejay Institution.

Apeejay Stya University Scholarships

These are available to students who have achieved certain minimum performance standards in competitive examinations (or qualifying examinations) or to students who are genuinely unable to meet their higher education expenses. The admission committee and financial aid committee evaluates each candidate on a case-by-case basis.

I took admission through Jee mains paper 2, then the proper selection procedure was followed. After that, a college visit took place for a final interview process. The admission procedure happened. Then hostel was provided for the first 3 years of college.

The admission process was very smooth, I took a visit to the university and talk to the faculty members and Dean of my department i.e SOMS and with the guidance of the Dean, I choose my course and still pursuing it. Scholarships are also provided according to the results and some other criteria.

In my admission process first, they see my 12 and 10 Board Percentage and after they took my test and interview after the test scores I am eligible for the interview process after passing the interview I am selected for this course then I get admission to this college.

I joined this college in 2021, which was covid -19 year. My 12th board exams were canceled, so at my time admission was done on the basis of a basic entrance test which was followed by a personal interview test. The interviewer in the personal interview test was the dean of SOMS (school of management sciences) Dr. Sunil Kumar Roy. The application process is easy. For applying first you need to fill out an inquiry form on the website of apeejay stya university and then you will receive a call from the counselor which will help in the application process.
