Sri Sai University, Palampur Admission 2024: Important Dates, Eligibility

Sri Sai University offers B.Tech course at the UG level in 5 specializations with a total intake of 300 students and 60 students per specialization.

For B.Tech course, candidates who have completed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks and Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible to apply.

Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering from a relevant branch with minimum 45% marks are eligible to apply for the second year of the B.Tech lateral entry.

Admission to B.Tech will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the JEE Main/ HPCET scores or any other state/national level entrance examination. For B.Tech lateral entry, seats will be allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Sri Sai University offers BBA, BCA, B.Com, BHM, B.Sc. (Hons) and BA courses at the UG level. The B.Sc. course is offered in 2 specializations. These courses have a total intake of 400 students.

Applications to the BBA, BCA, B.Com, BHM and B.Sc. courses are accepted from candidates who have completed 10+2 examination from a relevant stream with 45% marks. Applications to the BA course are accepted from candidates who have completed 10+2 examination from a relevant stream with 40% marks.

Admission to BBA, BCA, B.Com, BHM, B.Sc. and BA course will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying 10+2 examination.

Sri Sai University offers M.Tech course at the PG level in 5 specializations with an intake of 18 students in each branch.

For M.Tech program, candidates who have completed B.E. / B.Tech courses from a relevant discipline with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Admission to the M.Tech course will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the GATE or any other state/national level entrance examination.

Sri Sai University offers the MBA course at the PG level and has a total intake of 90 students.

Applications to the MBA course are accepted from candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree from any stream with 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

Admission to the MBA course will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the CAT/ MAT or any other state/national level entrance examination.

Sri Sai University offers MCA, M.Com, M.Sc. and MA courses at the PG level. These courses have a total intake of 440 students.

For MCA, M.Com, M.Sc. and MA courses, applications will be accepted from candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s degree from a relevant discipline. Candidates with BCA / B.Sc. (IT / CS) and minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for the second year of the MCA program through lateral entry.

Admission to MCA, M.Com, M.Sc. and MA courses will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Admission to MCA will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

For M.Phil and Ph.D. courses, Candidates who have a Master’s degree from a relevant discipline with 55% marks in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply.

Admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. courses will be done on the basis of score obtained in an entrance test conducted by the university.
