Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management was established in the year 2012. It is deemed to be a university and is accredited by NAAC 'A++' Grade. It has 3 campuses at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
GITAM, Bangalore comprises three schools - School of Technology, School of Business, School of Science. The university offers BBA, B.Tech., MBA, M.Tech., B.Sc., M.Sc. B.Com.(Hons.), M.Phil. and Doctoral courses in various disciplines.
Admission to MBA is done on the basis of scores in GAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ XAT or MAT followed by Personal Interview and Group Discussion respectively. Admission will be made through the entrance exam (GITAM Online Test) conducted by the school.
Candidates who have completed B.Tech/ B.E are eligible to apply for M.Tech courses. Admissions to the B.Tech course will be based on the candidate's score in GAT conducted by the university.
Applicants who have obtained an HSC certificate can apply for admission to UG courses.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, the candidates must possess a 10+2 qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with 60% aggregate marks.
GITAM University Bangalore B.Tech. Selection Criteria
Admissions will be based on the candidate's score in GITAM Admissions Test (GAT). GAT will be for the duration of two hours. The test will be for 400 marks (100 questions). All the questions will be in the Multiple Choice Questions form.
Subject wise distribution of the questions is tabulated below:

Note- 25% of seats in GAT will be reserved for brilliant students of Karnataka state for admission at the Bengaluru campus. Direct admission will be offered to all central & state board toppers.
Admission to the B.Tech. program is also granted on the basis of JEE Main scores

Then I got to know about the GITAM engineering college, then I applied for the entrance exam which is called the GITAM Admission Test(GAT), then by qualifying for the test, I joined GITAM, Bengaluru. Now I'm studying at GITAM engineering college and the branch is computer science engineering.

I have written the entrance examination called GAT conducted by gitam university during my intermediate second year. The requirements are you have to score 50% above in class 12 and the entrance fee was 1200Rs. The exam is free when compared to other institution exams. So, You can easily get into the college without much difficulty.

I was admitted to this college by the marketing director of GITAM University. I have not written any entrance exam to join Gitam University. I did not apply to Gitam University online but I was directly contacted by the admission department of the GITAM.

The application form application fee and application dates were filled out by the admission department itself. Details of reservation benefits are we would be able to find the course we want. I got Geetham University College in the second round of KEA application year 2020 and the application for Kartanaka students was 60000 for gov and 30000 for college.

I have joined the college through management quota and my fee structure is 2 lakhs. Entrance test GAT. Reservations like sports and Academics. No improvement is required in the admission process. Sports at the national level are given scholarships.
