RTMNU B.Arch : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college offers a challenging course with a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:12, providing students with skilled professors as design mentors. Each semester includes 3-4 theory exams and 2-3 viva subjects, with the jury exam being the main assessment, known for its high failure rate. The demanding nature of the course leads to some students dropping out. Opinions on faculty approachability vary, with some students finding them unapproachable while others have positive experiences, especially in their first year. The college offers a scholarship scheme that can significantly reduce fees: SC students receive full reimbursement, OBC students get 50% back, and students whose fathers earn less than 5 lakh annually may also receive a 50% scholarship. However, there are reports of some students exploiting this system using fake certificates. The annual fees are approximately 1,30,000 INR for the first year and around 1,15,000 INR for subsequent years.
