About SU

Sangam University was established in 2012 by the Badral Soni Charitable Trust in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. It is among the top ten private engineering Colleges in Rajasthan and has been approved by multiple governmental associations. The university offers a total of 12 undergraduate, 5 post graduate, and 3 diploma, in addition to some doctoral and post-doctoral courses. Graduates from the university are placed in companies such as HDFC Bank, Indusind Bank, Wipro, Cognizant and Accenture, etc. All the admissions at the college entrance-based. Sangam University Admissions

Sangam University conducts its own Admission Test for all courses. Students applying for B.Tech courses are admitted through the JEE main scores, and those applying for MBA can be admitted through SUAT/ CAT/ MAT or CMAT scores. Applications for all other courses are done through the examination conducted by the University.

How to Apply?

Admissions are accepted offline only. The steps to apply are as follows:

Step 1: Take the printout of the application form and fill all the details.
Step 2: Submit the duly filled application form through post or in-person to the Admission Cell of Sangam University.
Step 3: Attach the required documents to the application form.
Step 4: Pay the application fee.

The Training and Placement cell of the college conducts training activities for the students’ overall development which include Personality Development, Industrial Exposure, Industry Visit, Expert Sessions, In Plant Training, Campus Placement, Entrepreneurship Development. Sangam University Scholarship

Some of the scholarships that the students can apply for if eligible include:

Merit Scholarship: Provided on the basis of percentage obtained in 12th/10th Class as regular student (without any compartment) in Indian National Board to be given for first year only.
Sports Scholarships: If the student represents the university at national or international tournaments, they can avail of sports scholarships. International Participant & Position Scorer receive a scholarship of 75%. National Scorers receive 50% scholarship, while National Participants receive 25% scholarships.
Needy Scholarships: For students whose family annual income is less than or equal to 3 lakhs, a scholarship amount is given as decided by the Principal of the University. Similarly, a scholarship for students whose parents are both dead, is also given.
Alumni Scholarship: Students who are alumni of Sangam University/ITM will get 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study (as per below terms and Condition) in any of the higher courses they are enrolled for except PhD.
University Employee Scholarship: Faculty/Staff will get upto 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study in any of the courses they are enrolled for.
Special Scholarship: The university has started a special scholarship of 15% for SC/ST and Minority students. In addition to this, INR 10000/- is offered to girl candidates to promote and encourage their talent in First Year only for B.Tech and Diploma Program.

Sangam University Facilities

Some of the facilities that Sangam University provides include:

Library: The library has a collection of more than 50500 Books covering over 7000 Titles. In addition, there are 115 national and international journals, Periodicals and Online Journals. There is also a digital Library with a wide collection of soft resources for students.
Medical: On-Campus medical facility is provided by Smt. Kesar Bai Soni Hospital and Research Center. Nursing staff is available on the campus.
Hostel: There are separate hostels for male and female students. The students can choose from single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Hostels are also well equipped with modern kitchens serving vegetarian food.
Transportation: A fleet of 05 buses is available for faculty, staff and students for commuting from the Sangam University campus to Bhilwara city.
Sports: Sangam University provides facilities for indoor and outdoor games such as Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Carom, Badminton, Gymnasium, etc.
Other facilities include an ATM, Cafeteria, ICT Lab, and a store.

Ans. Yes, the University accepts Lateral entry in B.Tech provided the applicant gives the Sangam University Admission Test and gets the required marks.

Ans. Yes, the college organises at least 2 workshops every semester. Two of its initiatives, the Oracle Academy and the Red Hat Academy come in use here.

Sangam University provides various kind of scholarships to the students. Some of the scholarships that the students can apply for if eligible include:

Merit Scholarship:

Merit Scholarship on the basis of percentage obtained in 12th/10th Class as regular student (without any compartment) in Indian National Board to be given for first year only as per below table.
For continuation of scholarship Student must maintain obtain CGPA as mentioned below.

Needy Scholarship:

Scholarship on tuition fee to students taking Admission in any Program.
The Annual income of Family should be less than or equal to 3 Lakh.
Special Scholarship provide to those student whose Father/Mother or both are died.
The amount of Scholarship is decided by President/Management.

Alumni Scholarship:

Students who are alumni of Sangam University/ITM will get 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study (as per below terms and Condition) in any of the higher courses they are enrolled for except PhD.
SU to SU Scholarship is to be given for One Year in PG program and for period of Study in other UG programe.
For continuation of scholarship in next Year/Sem the Student must obtain 7.0 CGPA/SGPA.

University Employee Scholarship:

Faculty/Staff will get upto 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study in any of the courses they are enrolled for.
This scholarship will be withdrawn if the beneficiary leaves the services in between his/her period of study.

Other Scholarship:

Special Scholarship of Rs. 10000/- is offered to girl candidates to promote and encourage their talent in First Year only for B.Tech and Diploma Program.
25% Scholarship in tuition fee as a grant is provided to sons and daughters of employees of Sangam Group by their office / factory.
SSE students will get 20% Scholarship on Tuition Fee in First Year only for UG Program.

All Scholarship is only applicable of Indian National Recognized Board except Open Board.
Candidate can avail scholarship from any one category only.
Scholarship application form available online on Sangam University website, deadlines and detailed schedule will display on website. No application will entertained after cutoff date.
