AMET University Maritime Training Trust Scholarship for Female Cadets

Maritime Training Trust (MTT) of the Directorate General of Shipping, (Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India) offers INR 1,00,000 Per Annum as monetary support to all Woman Seafarers who are undergoing pre-sea courses in the DGS-approved Maritime Training Institutes (MTIs).

AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship

AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship is offered to provide financial assistance by offering less fee allowance to students belonging to economically backward and unsophisticated families who are unable to bear the cost of the regular fee charged by the university.

• To utilize the benefits from AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship, the request has to be submitted to Vice Chancellor for consideration. 
• Furthermore, the application is presented to the committee for approval and sanction of the eligible amount after being evaluated and analyzed. 
• The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000. 

AMET University Meritorious Student Scholarship

AMET University Meritorious Student Scholarship honors meritorious learners who have scored above 90% marks in their Higher Secondary Education.

• A concession of 15% on the tuition fee is bestowed to the Qualified Students.
• The application should be submitted to the Vice-Chancellor after verification.
• The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000. 
• Corresponding to the AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship, the application for AMET University Meritorious Student Scholarship is also presented to the committee for approval and sanction of the eligible amount after being evaluated and analyzed.

AMET University First Graduate Fees Concession

AMET University First Graduate Fees Concession is presented to the eligible students at the time of admission. 

• To gain full aid, submission of the joint declaration by both parents and candidate along with a “No graduate Certificate” issued by the Revenue Authority is mandatory. 
• The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000. 
• The university is presenting a 15% of concession on the Tuition Fee for the first year. 

AMET University Single Parent Scholarship

The students who are abandoned by their parents either by death or divorce are eligible to avail AMET University Single Parent Scholarship. Morover, students who are not financially stable and belong to the weaker sections of society can also utilize help from this scholarship. The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000. The candidate has to submit any of the following documents to seek Single Parent Scholarship offered by AMET University. 

• Death Certificate 
• Legal Heir Certificate 
• Court Proceedings of Parents

AMET University is offering a 15% concession on the Tuition Fee under this scholarship scheme after verification. 

AMET University Girl Cadet Scholarship

AMET University Girl Cadet Scholarship's sole purpose is to increase the number of girl students pursuing Marine education. 

• The university is providing a 15% scholarship on the Tuition fees to female cadets/students only if the candidate's family's annual income is not exceeding INR 2,00,000. 
• Parent’s requests, the economic status of the family, student’s academic performance are some of the factors that will be considered before awarding the AMET University Girl Cadet Scholarship.

AMET University Ex-Servicemen Scholarship

AMET University Ex-Servicemen Scholarship is applicable to the wards of Ex-Servicemen undertaking any course at AMET University. 

• Significant evidence of documents issued by the central government must be submitted along with the application. 
• Only authorized students can apply for AMET University Ex-Servicemen Scholarship. 
• The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000. A fee concession of 15% on the tuition fee is given to students at the time of admission. 

AMET University Fishermen Scholarship

AMET University offers a fee concession of 15% on the tuition fee for candidates belonging to the fisherman community under AMET University Fisherman Scholarship. The candidate’s family's annual income should not exceed INR 2,00,000.
