Annamalai University BCA Admission Guidelines

Admission to BCA at Annamalai University is based on marks secured in the 10+2 examination. The final selection will be based on merit list released by the university.

How to Apply?

• Visit the Annamalai University official website @annamalaiuniversity.ac.in.
• Candidates need to create a user name and password to get login through the Registered Applicant link
• Log in and click on the “New Application” link
• Enter the details of the education certificates (10th & 12th or Diploma) with registration number, month, and year
• Fill in the details such as name, contact number, address, date of birth, Aadhar number, E-mail ID, etc. and submit the form
• Fill in all the personal and educational details very carefully.
• Upload the passport size photograph. The photo size in the application form needs to be in. JPEG format with width: 150 and height: 150.
• Candidates can cross-check the details by clicking on the “Click to verify Application” button. It will get open in pdf format.
• Once the details are checked, the candidate can proceed for “Submit for Payment” button to make the payment
• Proceed for payment process through various payment gateways i.e DD, Cheque, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, etc.
• Take a print out of the application form with all the annexures which need to be sent by Speed Post or in Person at the below address:

“THE REGISTRAR, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu - 608 002”.

• HSC / Equivalent Mark Sheet
• NSS/ NCC/ Sports Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Permanent Community Certificate Card
