ITM (SLS) Baroda University offers a range of scholarships on the basis of academic merit of students. ITM (SLS) Baroda University focuses on providing support and maintaining an equal education opportunity for all candidates.

ITM (SLS) Baroda University also offers various scholarships based on marks achieved in class 12th for B.Tech, B.Arch and M.Arch students. Students need to submit their 12th class mark sheets to apply for scholarships.

ITM (SLS) Baroda University offers fee relaxation of INR 25,000 per year to B.Arch and Diploma Architecture students scoring CPI of 6.0 from 2nd year onwards. The students who will take admission in B.Tech 1st year , B.Tech D2D (all branches), B.Arch , M.Arch and belonging to SC/ST category will get the benefit of free transportation till completion of their course.

To be eligible for scholarship, candidates must submit the following:

• 10th/12th/ Diploma Result
• Admission Letter
• Student Bank Account Details
• Fee receipt-semester
• Self Declaration
• Student Aadhar Card
• Caste Certificate (For SC/ST candidates)
• Bonafide Certificate, Minority certificate (For Minority candidates)
