Application form can be filled by following the below-listed steps:

Visit the official website of MS Ramaiah University.
Fill in the Application Form after you satisfy yourself about your eligibility for admission to the program.
The Application Form has to be filled in your own handwriting in black ink and the undertaking is also to be signed by the candidate only.
It is mandatory to provide your correct email address as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
Candidates must submit the filled-in application forms along with the supporting documents (duly self-attested) within 3 days of the declaration of Karnataka PUC/ISC/CBSE results in person / Parents / Guardian. Other Examination Boards whose results may be declared after the results of above mentioned Boards, such application will be considered subject to availability of seats.
Application will be processed for admission only if the candidate is present personally with all mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and three set of photocopies

Eligibility Criteria

For direct entry into the first year, candidates seeking admission under the Government of Karnataka quota need to have passed 10+2 examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory courses obtaining at least 45% aggregate marks.
Foreign students should have a pass at the pre-university level or equivalent qualification approved by the Association of Indian Universities with respective councils and an Equivalent Competent Authority.
Should be a minimum age of 17 years and maximum age of 35 years at the time of admission for unreserved category and 40 years for reserved category
Students should produce a medical fitness certificate by an appropriate authority or panel recognised by the University.

MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences Undergraduate Selection Criteria:

RUAS accepts SAT Score for Admissions.
For admissions in BDS, B.Pharm, Pharm.D: The aspiring students are required to appear and qualify the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) conducted on all India basis.
The students (Including Foreign / NRI) aspiring for admission are required to contact the admissions department of the University for more details.

BDS	-	A candidate seeking admission to the programme should have a pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually, from a recognized Board, with marks as per the examination authorities conducting NEET.
B.Pharm.	-	a.) A pass in two year P.U.C examination of Karnataka P.U.C Board or an equivalent P.U.C / 10+ 2 examination of any other recognised Board or University with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually b.) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India is equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course
Pharm.D	-	a.) A pass in two year P.U.C examination of Karnataka P.U.C Board or an equivalent P.U.C / 10+ 2 examination of any other recognised Board or University with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually b.) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India is equivalent to any of the above examinations. B.Des.	-	A candidate seeking admission to bachelors programme should have : A pass at Pre-University level or equivalent *awarded by recognised State / Central/ National Institute of Open Schooling, New Delhi (NIOS) – Senior Secondary Boards
BHM	-	a.) Pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized State or Central Board in any stream b.) Any International qualification approved by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 examination
B.Sc.(Hons)-P/C/M/S/CS/Ele	-	Pass 10+2 examination from a recognized State or Central Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
B.Com(Hons)-Accounting & Finance	-	A pass in 2 year Pre-University Examination of Karnataka State or any 10+2 Examination from a recognized board considered as equivalent thereto - with Accountancy or Mathematics as compulsory subject, shall be eligible for admission to the B.Com.(Hons) degree course.
BBA	-	A pass in 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized Central or State board
B.Sc.(Hons)	BioTechnology	A pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized Central and State Board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory courses with a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics
