Both Mechanical engineering and computer science engineering are two different fields of study so it’s difficult to select an institute over the other.

On the basis of NIRF (National institution ranking framework score) Rankings, IIT Bhubaneswar comes under the top 20 IITs in India. There are more than 15 faculty members for mechanical engineering and their syllabus emphasizes both the technical and communication teamwork. The school of mechanical sciences offers B.Tech in mechanical engineering, a dual degree (M.Tech- M.Tech) and M.Tech in mechanical system design and thermal sciences. Every year it also provides short-term courses, national and international conferences, workshops, project work, and many more extracurriculars.
