IIM Visakhapatnam MGNF programme includes training 76 functionaries in public policy & skills development & capacitating them to work as an understudy to the Collector & District Magistrate, in 76 districts of the three allotted states for the Institute viz., Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and Bihar., i.e., one Fellow per district.
