SRM Institute of Science and Technology Ramapuram Campus offers 4-year full-time B.Tech. course under six major specializations. The minimum eligibility to apply for the course is having passed HSC Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate having chemistry, biology or mathematics, physics as main subjects.
The minimum required eligibility for M.Tech is the candidate should have passed B.E. or B.Tech. programs from a recognized university. Candidates are shortlisted B.Tech & M.Tech. on the basis of marks scored in SRMJEEE (UG) and SRMJEEE (PG) entrance exam, respectively.
