Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering From The Neotia University, Kolkata

Aspirants seeking admission to the program should meet the following criteria as

Academic Requirement:

• Category (a) - A full-time BE / B. Tech in Engineering streams e.g. Mechanical and Electronics, Mechanical and  Automobile, etc. However, Mechanical and Automobile, etc. should be first indicating that mechanical and the second subject is the elective. OR 
• Category &) - An Naval Architecture stream e.g. Naval Architecture and Ocean. Engineering, Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding, etc. However, the word, Naval Architecture should be first indicating that Naval Architecture is the core, and the second one is elective. OR  
• Category (c) - BE /8. Tech in Marine Engineering OR  
• Category (d) - BE /8. Tech in Mechanical Engineering  
• The above BE/ B. Tech degree or any other higher degree such as 4 year integrated M E /M.Tech degree must have been obtained from AICTE approved institute or the IITs' or from university Engineering colleges.  

Plus - Other Criteria : 

• minimum marks of 50% in final year and with minimum 50% marks in English language at 10th or 12th or in Degree Exam
• Age not more than 28 years
• Medical fitness as per the DGS norms
• All candidates must possess a valid passport.
