Candidates are required to apply online for JEE Main through its official website. The form is made available online. Payment of the application fee shall be done in both online or offline modes.

• Visit the official website of JEE Main.
• Register with aadhar number, candidates will get a username and password to further proceed to fill the application.
• Log in to your account and fill-up the form.
• Enter valid and correct details and attach the mandatory documents.
• Pay the application fee using online mode such as Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
• Submit the form on or before the stipulated date.

Candidates must have passed Master Degree in Engineering Technology with Bachelor's in Engineering Technology with 60% marks from recognised university.

At the doctoral level, the institute offers a Ph.D. under the following disciplines-

IIIT Nagpur Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for ST/SC candidates)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CSE/ECE/IT and allied fields.

IIIT Nagpur Ph.D. Selection Criteria

Admission will be on the basis of written test and interview. The procedure will be as follows-

Stage 1: Written-test

Eligible candidates are required to appear for the written test.

The qualifying score in the written test: The minimum qualifying score will be a normalized score decided taking into account the number of candidates to be called for interview, but in no case, it will be less than 40%. The normalization will be done by considering the top most score to be 100% and scaling the scores of other candidates accordingly

Stage 2: Interview

Candidates qualifying the written test are required to appear for the Personal Interview.

Stage 3:

A combined score will be calculated on the basis of score in written test, score in

interview, and GATE qualification with the following weights.
