Hanover College Application Process

Hanover College Scholarships/Financial Aids

There are numerous scholarships and financial aid offered to the students in order to help them during the course of study. Nearly 98% of the students are a recipient of some form of financial aid. Some of the major scholarships awarded are:

  • Hanover offers many merit-based and need-based scholarships and grants to international students. The admission merit-based scholarships are of 4 years and range from 5000 to 25,000 dollars. A GPA of 3.75 with SAT 1126 or ACT 24 is required. The competitive level scholarships are-
  • Crown Scholarship- This renewable scholarship is given to top applicants in natural sciences, humanities, social sciences, majors which range from USD 2500 to USD 5000. A completed application with a GPA of 3.3 and a scholarship application with an essay is required for the scholarship.
  • Music Scholarship- Offered to students with an interest in music and who qualifies in the audition get a scholarship of USD 1500

Other scholarships are the Benjamin Templeton Scholarship and Music Scholarship. Apart from these, a few of the awards that are provided by the college include:

  • Pell Promise Award: It is awarded to all Indiana students who file the FAFSA by April 15 and who fulfil all the requirements.
  • Legacy Award: An amount of $2,000 USD is awarded to the students who are relatives of the alumni. It is renewable every year.

Other awards include the federal Pell Grant Award and Campus Experience Award.
