Aligned with the Saint Mary's College mission, the M.S. in Management Program strives to?develop students academically and professionally, while emphasizing the importance of critical thinking and communication skills.

Through required professional development and career management training workshops, you will accrue invaluable knowledge on how to manage your job search and career trajectories.

You will also gain real-world experiences through two faculty-supervised field project courses with a Bay Area organization. During a field project-based international business course, you will have the opportunity to learn about business practices in a foreign country with close ties to the Bay Area economy. Students also have the opportunity to gain mentoring advice and networking opportunities through the MSM Advisory Board.


Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Requirements:

  • Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • Professional work experience of two to three years is preferred
  • Submit two academic or professional letters of recommendation
  • Submit statement of purpose
  • Submit resume
  • Students with GPA less than 3.0 must submit GMAT scores
  • Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
