90% of the students live on-campus or in the village of New Concord. The first-year students can choose within the 3 different traditional residence halls, as they progress, the other 3 residence halls including Kelley Hall, Finney Hall, and Patton Hall get available to them.Apart from living on-campus, students can rent townhouses and lakeside houses available for off campus living.
Townhouses are awarded on the basis of Room draw and have approximately 70 upper-class students whereas lakeside housing can accommodate 6-14 students.
