Bachelor of Arts [B.A] [History] From Muskingum University

Students can explore a wide variety of topics, including the American Civil War, Latin American Revolutions, the Holocaust, World War II, and youth culture in modern America. Through coursework, students hone analytical skills and approaches to problem solving that will be useful in future careers.

Outcomes

Our students have used their history major as a foundation for careers in government, politics, journalism, education, non-profit organizations, and law. We have a high placement rate for recent graduates interested in AYA/Social Studies teaching jobs, and many graduates have gone on to successful careers as museum and public history professionals.? ? ??
