Bachelor of Arts [B.A] [International Affairs] From Muskingum University

Our broad range of coursework includes examining the historical development of regions, nations, peoples, and ideologies; learning about international trade, finance, and international economic development; developing awareness of different cultures and contemporary global concerns; honing language skills; and gaining awareness of international institutions and mechanisms that facilitate or hinder global cooperation.

 Highlights

• Studying abroad (usually with no extra fee) for one or two semesters, through program agreements with 16 universities in 12 countries
• Participation in the Model UN Program for hands-on experience in the contours of diplomacy
• Gaining an awareness of different cultures and modern global concerns
• Developing increased ethical sensitivity and social responsibility

Outcomes

Muskingum University’s International Affairs students have gone on to graduate school to study a variety of topics including human rights law and intelligence and security.
