Scholarship, longer program and RA opportunities were most crucial
Course Curriculum
For students with no experience with Economics, the content is good. Students with some background in Econ may find some of it redundant. However, it might still be a good degree if you looking for job opportunities in the US. Research opportunities are available through the RA mentorship program. The alumni network is good which is useful in job-hunting.
Exams
My Scores: GRE 164 Verbal 170 Quant 4.5 AWA; TOEFL 113; There are no minimum requirements
Placement
Depends on the role - ranging from $35000 to $85000 - placement statistics are hard to find for my program
Internship
No, I did my RA work during the summer which was part-time
Fees
Roughly $85,000
Scholarship
I received the university graduate scholarship and the only requirement for consideration was an early application deadline
Faculty
The mandatory classes have 100+, so the ratio is poor. However, electives have smaller class sizes. The faculty are good and approachable, most often.
Campus Life
All infrastructure you can think of is available on campus - library, wifi, sports, gym etc.
Hostel
roughly $1500 per month for 16 months
