Florida state university has an amazing business school. I am double majoring in management and sales and I believe I have learned so much through Florida states business school. The majority of students graduating from the business school also have countless job offers.
Course Curriculum :
I believe that the course curriculum at Florida State University is appropriate and good. The curriculum definitely teaches students what they need to know and allows students to be ready once they get a real job in their career.
Exams :
I took the act as well as the SAT. I scored better on the ACT though. The ACT was easier for me because of the structure of the exam. I also was better in the science areas. I scored pretty close on the SAT and ACT. I did not love the structure of the SAT.
Placement :
There are many job opportunities throughout Florida state university. They are constantly having career fairs and people from many companies come out to recruit students. Most graduates from Florida state university end up with many job offers.
Internship :
I have not done an internship. Florida State University does have many career fairs and many students have gotten jobs and internships by attending these fairs. I plan on doing an internship next summer considering it is required for a sales major.
Events :
There are many events within my college. There are constantly guest speakers coming and talking to students about there careers. There are also fun events like concerts. During football season there are many events celebrating our football team.
Fees :
There are very few fees that I am aware of at Florida State University. You obviously have to pay for your books and classes but other than that there are not many additional fees.
Scholarship :
I have gotten financial aid. I have received very little but everything helps. College is extremely expensive so even a little amount of financial aid goes a long way.
Examination Structure :
The exam structure at Florida state university is definitely designed to test out how much a student has learned. The tests are very hard but accurately measure how much of a certain subject you truly know. The tests definitely help students be above average when it comes to knowing certain things.
Faculty :
The faculty at FSU has been amazing. The teachers have been extremely helpful and are always wanting to help students. You can always go to office hours and ask for one on one help with your teacher.
Hostel :
I have lived off-campus the two years I have been here. The first year I lived in an off-campus dorm and the second year I lived in an off-campus apartment that is close to campus and walking distance.
