Important Dates
One of the only post-professional programs in the United States devoted exclusively to the study of criminal law, this program has attracted lawyers from all over the world who intend to teach, do policy work, or work as prosecutors or judges in their home jurisdictions. They are advised by Professor Luis Chiesa, an internationally known criminal law scholar with extensive experience in Spain and Latin America.
In either program, you can choose to write a more extended piece of scholarly work under the guidance of a professor.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law from an accredited/ government recognized university or college.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher in bachelor degree courses on a scale of 4.0
- Test score of LSAT
- Letters of recommendations
- Personal Statement
- Resume
English Proficiency Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 90 in IBT; 8.5 minimum in Essentials; 550 minimum in PBT
- IELTS: 7.0 minimum
- PTE: 55 minimum
- Duolingo: 120 minimum
- Cambridge English: 185 minimum
