- UB’s MS Finance qualifies as a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) program in Financial Mathematics, which provides an additional 24 months Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 visa holders who began the program in fall 2016 or later, or graduate in February 2017 or later.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Student required a bachelor's degree (or higher) or the equivalent from an accredited/government recognized college or university. Most such degrees will be four or more years in length.
- Students need Proof of English Language Proficiency.
