The LL.M. Program in U.S., International & Transnational Law at is not open to attorneys holding a J.D. degree from an American law school. The program offers flexibility in the choice of law courses as well as the opportunity to conduct independent research.?
Students enrolled in the program attend courses and seminars along with J.D. students and can take advantage of the school?s cutting edge-expertise in areas such as information technology law, e-commerce and financial services law.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in law is required
- Submit original transcripts and individual marksheets of previous education
- Applicants practising law need to provide notarized license
- Submit professional statement about why do you want to join the program and program goals
- Submit two letters of recommendation from individuals who can assess your academic ability
- Submit a resume
English Language Proficiency:
- TOEFL: minimum 90+ in IBT; minimum 600 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 63
- Duolingo: minimum 110
