You will become a certified athletic trainer who collaborates with physicians to foster optimal activity and life-participation of your patients and clients. As a member of a complete health care team, certified athletic trainers work under the direction of a licensed physician and in cooperation with other health care professionals, athletics administrators, coaches and parents.

Our athletic training program is fully accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE), and our graduates hold positions in some of the most prestigious sports programs, universities and hospitals throughout the Midwest.
Great news: The number of jobs for athletic trainers is expected to grow by 21 percent in coming years.
Beyond sports and medicine, other job opportunities for certified athletic trainers are available with the military, the performing arts and public safety.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have graduated their high school diploma
- Applicants must have passing grades equivalent to a US C+ average on all transcripts and/or exam scores
- Submit official transcripts of all secondary school attested in orginial language along with English translation
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 71 in iBT; minimum 527 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0 score required
- PTE: minimum score of 48
