Master of Education [M.Ed] [Special Education (Educational Diagnostician)] From Sam Houston State University

This program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to apply research, methods, and recommended practices for the effective assessment and instruction of learners with special needs in diverse school and community settings.

This program's course of study also provides the academic foundations necessary for an Educational Diagnostician Certification. Students must have two years of classroom or clinical teaching experience. Evening classes are offered at the main campus and The Woodlands Center.

The program consist of online, practicum, and face-to-face courses at The Woodlands Center or the Northwest Campus - University Park, SH 249 at Louetta. Students may take courses at any or all locations.
