New Mexico Highlands University Admissions

The admission procedure to be complied with is as under:

USA Student Visa

Before any International student can seek a student visa for the U.S, the student will have to obtain admission and will have to satisfy the verification of financial status and then the student will receive an I-20 to study at the university. The Students will then have to pay the SEVIS Fee Amount. All International students having the J-1 and F-1 student visas will be charged extra for health insurance once enrolled at New Mexico Highlands University. Below are few documents required by all International Students:

  • An Acceptance Letter from New Mexico Highlands University
  • Letters of Sponsorship
  • A Copy of the Passport
  • An I-20 Form from the university
  • Verification of Financial Status
  • Bank Statement

The applicant needs to visit the nearest U S Embassy personally after making an online application and paying the visa fee of 200 USD. Biometrics are compulsory when you apply for a visa.
