Placement
Job opportunities are available but often underpaid due to a surplus of students. Graphic Design jobs, in particular, are taken for granted by the local businesses which are rather unfortunate. For someone just looking for experience however, there is plenty to be found.
Internship
Yes, Design Streak is the Graphic Design internship on campus and I've heard nothing but good things. They work with many organizations on campus as well as local businesses, making it a great resume builder. However, I have not yet applied.
Internship
Yes but I don't have one. Those are for graduate students only I think and so I am not sure since I am an undergraduate student. I know there is a tuition waiver but other than that I am unaware. I wish I knew.
This college has a well known and competitive psychology degree. I knew after coming here I would get a great education. I checked out the campus and loved it and the overall environment. Everyone was really friendly and also the vibe was really great!
Placement
I'm not too sure. I have gotten jobs that are somewhat related to my career field but not a job that I would want for the future. I believe they said that there would be an increase in job opportunities in the future years.
Internship
They don't provide internships. They make sure you are aware of internship opportunities though. Professors are always trying to encourage us to get experience and point us in the best direction of what internship could be a great experience for what we are looking for.
Placement
They seem to be impressive. I haven't experienced any job searching or placement opportunities yet. But I hope that I will be able to get a major related job once I graduate. I have heard good statistics but have no real experience.
Internship
Not yet. I believe there is a program that will provide students with the opportunity for an internship but I am not entirely sure of how it works. I am only a sophomore at this point. In time and I think the program is open to third-year students.
