Webster University Residence
Webster University has made it compulsory for its first-year students to reside on campus. The Residence Halls have great facilities and each student residing is provided a Desk, Desk Carrel, Desk Chair, Extra Long Twin Size Bed, Dresser, and closet. The residence halls at the university are:
- West Hall - This is for first-year students, Air Conditioned, one bath suite with laundry rooms on each floor, a pool table, a multipurpose room, social lounges, study lounges, and kitchenettes.
- Maria Hall - Air Conditioned, Traditional residence, suite-style rooms, Common Area, Lounges, Kitchenettes, Laundry
- East Hall - This is for Upperclassmen. Shared three-bedroom with two-bath suites, private four bedrooms with two-bath suites, laundry room on the ground floor, Social Lounges, Study Lounges, Kitchenettes.
- Webster Village Apartments: Capacity for 280 residents, Apartments are available in two bedrooms or four bedrooms shared, efficiency style apartments, Six buildings, fully furnished with a full kitchen.
- Glen Park Apartments- capacity for 85 Residents, one and two-bedroom apartments, fully furnished, full kitchen, shared, and private bedrooms.
- Big Bend Apartments- Capacity for 45 residents with shared one and two-bedroom apartments, fully furnished.
Students are provided with a point system meal plan with a limit of $1700 point per semester. The total cost of meal plans per semester is $2500 and $800 for university administrative costs. Room rates can range anywhere within $2350-$6410 depending on the type of apartment assigned. All students have to go through the mandatory room selection procedure. The assignment of residence is usually confirmed within early July for freshman and mid-July for returning students.
