- Students will be well prepared to pass preliminary actuarial certification exams and will graduate as a confident and creative problem solvers.
- Students will also hone computer programming skills and explore subjects like corporate finance and project management.
- Student's rigorous coursework and hands-on practice will put them on track to prepare for the examinations administered by the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS).
- In addition, WPI offers coursework that satisfies other SOA/CAS requirements, known as Validation by Education Experience (VEE).

- Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission with a minimum 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 GPA.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
