- Master of Public Health at Grand Valley State University is a 2 years program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- The program is a minimum of 48 credits.
- Upon completion of the five-semester MPH program, graduates will be qualified to earn voluntary professional certification by taking the National Board of Public Health Examiners Certified in Public Health (CPH) Exam.
- The program provides graduate and community-based education and research grounded in social justice to help meet these goals. It is offered in two formats:
- Traditional (in-seat)
- Online/Hybrid (remote, meets in-person one weekend per semester)
- The program is fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Students hold at least an undergraduate 3.0 GPA from an accredited college or university.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Students need to have a minimum of first-class or upper Second with a minimum of 60-80% on an institutional basis.

- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education.
- Personal Statement - Students have to submit a copy of their personal statements.
- Two Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
