- Students are provided with the skills and knowledge to value cash flows and assets, analyze the financial performance of firms, determine strategies to enhance the value of the firm, and understand financial innovations in domestic and international capital markets.
- The Terry College of Business has designed its International Business Program to provide opportunities for students to gain the knowledge and skills required for international business careers. The program also assists students in developing an understanding of the business processes and institutions of the international economy.
- Career opportunities upon graduation include financial and foreign exchange analysts, financial specialists, international trade specialists, auditors, brokers, FBI/CIA agents, consultants, business managers, project coordinators, and many others.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Persons seeking admission to the University of Georgia Graduate School must hold a baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by the appropriate regional accrediting association or its international equivalent prior to the expected semester of matriculation with the exception of University of Georgia undergraduate students enrolled in linked bachelors/masters programs. Applicants should be ranked in the upper half of their undergraduate class. Applicants are responsible for submitting application materials required for admission. These items include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Transcripts
- Entrance test scores
- Letters of recommendation
- Any supplemental material required by the department
